Aftercare instructions
Most of the result of a treatment happens after the appointment. Tissue keeps responding for days, and what you do during the first 24 hours affects how quickly things settle.
These pages give instructions per treatment type, because the reaction after needling, joint manipulation and massage is not the same. Pick the treatment you had.
